These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Support Oasis websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who may use the Services

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and access

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security incident related to your account.

3. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or content that is abusive, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant Support Oasis a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

You are responsible for Customer Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and allow us to process it in accordance with these Terms.

5. Integrations and third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms and services, including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

Support Oasis is not responsible for third-party services, and we do not control how those services operate or process data.

6. Subscriptions, fees, and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and renewal details are provided at the time of purchase or on our pricing pages.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Required by law or a legal process.
  • Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. Certain sections of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Support Oasis and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Support Oasis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Support Oasis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid to Support Oasis for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Support Oasis from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Compliance with laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export control, data protection, and communications laws.

13. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where required by law.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Support Oasis is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
